During certain periods, we may close our shipping department, but will still accept and process orders. They will not ship, however, until the dates posted on our site. We will not bill your credit card until your item is shipped. We will attempt to post this info IN RED and in an obvious place so that our customers will know when they place the order that it will not ship right away. You can always contact us by e-mail during the period our shipping is closed if you need to contact us. Some items, however, may still be available and ship even while we are away. Also, if you need the item quickly and want to order from us during our vacation period, please let us know and we'll see if we can still ship your item without delay.
