 This bag by Inertia Designs fits under your saddle, and is expandable to carry extra volume... A nice seat bag which I use myself & have found quite nice! It comes in black, and has a foldout expander to almost double the size. A tube and small tool kit is no problem. If needed, you can even stuff in a small shirt.. It is securely mounted under your saddle with adjustable straps.
