Webmountainbike store info & Shipping policies. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - *We provide each and every customer with excellent service and support for the products they purchase. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from us in Maryland. Please allow 4-6 business days for items to ship that are not in stock. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select. If you have a P.O. Box or APO Address, we can ship US Mail or US Priority Mail. We ship to the military and armed forces worldwide. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items, and webmountainbike also insures all of our packages to guarantee delivery at no additional cost to you! UPS ground is 2-5 business days, and 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select day UPS options are available as well. Regular mail takes 5-10 days & Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. If you need the items by a certain date, please let us know! If you would like to track your shipment, please let us know, and we will send you a tracking number. Gift wrapping & note card is available at checkout for $5 per item. If you want to include a note card it is free - just let us know the text!We try to use 100% recyclable materials in our packaging, please recycle them if you can. Maryland residents will have 5% tax added to their order. We are currently accepting Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover.

Global Express orders come with tracking and take 5-8 days to most countries. All orders are insured for the value of the item automatically, and we fill out the customs forms to ship your item as well. We may ask for additional information on your credit card before your order is processed to help prevent credit card fraud. We use Innovative Merchant Solutions International to help detect fraudulent credit card orders. All suspicious foreign orders are reported to the INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER (IFCC). Please do not select UPS for shipping if you are outside of the US. Some countries may impose a duty or import fee as well. We service and ship to the military and APO & FPO customers will only pay the regular US Mail rates even if overseas delivery, and will be sent by US Priority Mail and not UPS. *All of our items carry a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. You must be satisfied with the product, or we will replace, exchange, or refund it. It's that simple. Just return the product within 30 days in the original packaging in an unused condition along with a copy of your invoice. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hrs. of receipt.
