This map shows the common UPS Transit Times in the Continental United States.
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days, and some the same or next day. Items which may not be in stock ship within 3-4 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible, and we will let you know if your item is on backorder. Sometimes these items can take a week or two to ship.
UPS
Please allow the appropriate time for transit of the item, usually by UPS. Transit times are shown above for your reference, and are based on business days. UPS delivery times depend on the type of UPS selected and the distance the item must travel. Orders from the East Coast will arrive sooner (2 days) than orders from West or Midwest (4-5 days). Therefore, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery by Regular UPS.
Note that UPS does not deliver on weekends (Sat. or Sun), or these holidays - *Memorial Day *July 4th *Labor Day *Thanksgiving *Day after Thanksgiving *Christmas *Day after Christmas *New Years Eve *New Years Day.
US PRIORITY MAIL
US Priority Mail is used to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses only. Also, we reserve the right to substitute this method if it will allow you to get your product sooner instead of UPS. We may make a special trip to the post office for you, because they operate on Saturday, or if we miss the UPS pickup time, and Priority Mail can sometimes be quicker than UPS.
Usually US Priority Mail is a day or two quicker than Ground UPS, depending upon locations.
US AIR MAIL - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most International orders are sent via US Postal Service Air Mail or Priority Mail. Transit times are generally 7-14 days, however some countries customs may increase this time. We always receive a customs form and obtain a proof of mailing to verify that your product was shipped. The US Postal service does not provide tracking to most countries, but your package will have a US Customs number if it should be needed.
Foreign orders outside the continental US are packaged well and labeled with care by our shipping department. Sometimes, customs can open and inpect a package causing damage to the container, but rarely to the contents inside.
Customers may also be responsible for paying the duty on their order when it arrives in their country. This fee may be based upon the value of the order, and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
