It is the customer responsibility to return the item back via UPS or US Mail. Let us know if you would like an exchange of the item, or a refund on your credit card. When the item is received, we will send out the new item, or refund your credit card for your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless we have sent the incorrect item, and all returns must be made within 30 days. All returned items must be in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging along with a copy of your invoice & your order number. Do not insure the item, as this may cause delays.
