Please allow appropriate times for items shipped outside of the US. All orders outside the US require customs forms to be filed by us before shipping. We use US Air Mail or Priority Mail - please select USPS Worldwide Air Mail or International Priority Mail if outside the US. Usually, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive your order by US Air Mail. In some countries, the customs department may hold your order until the duty is paid. Customers are responsible to pay any shipping duties to their country. Orders sent internationally are insured by webmountainbike for the value of the item only if a special request is made prior to shipping. The cost of international shipping to most countries is about $20-$30 for most items under 2-3 lbs., and is calculated at store checkout. If necessary, these rates may be adjusted by webmountainbike as the situation requires. Our international shipments currently are completed at a 98% - 99% success rate to our customers around the globe. Due to the high incidence of fraudulent credit card orders, we cannot ship to Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia. All credit card information is put through several verification procedures for security and to protect you. Fraudulent orders may be prosecuted by Yahoo! A small number of other countries may also be unavailable for our products. If this occurs, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know that we may not be able to ship your item. Also, for orders outside the US, we will ask for your credit card information which includes the name, address, and phone number of the bank for your credit card to help eliminate fraudulent orders.
