These kid's helmets by Pro Rider are Snell and CPSC certified. They are vented, lightweight, and designed in two sizes. The Toddler helmet is designed for 2-4 year olds, with a hat size of 18" - 20 3/4". It has five vents & provides ear protection (see image on left). NOTE - the bottom section of each helmet is white and not black as pictured. The Child helmet is designed for ages 5-8 years old, and a hat size of 20" - 21 3/4".
